Munitions Law Group is pleased to offer firearms law seminars to groups of any size. Sessions typically involve at least a one-hour presentation by Mr. DeBrosse, followed by a question-and-answer session. Our seminars provide clear answers to your questions, arm you with the information you need to stay out of trouble with the law, and give you and your group an opportunity to dispel much of the legal misinformation that is unfortunately circulating through the gun community. Subjects include (but are not limited to): general firearms ownership and possession, use of force and self-defense, concealed carry presentations, and the basics of owning automatic weapons and suppressors. FIREARM INSTRUCTION
Many of the attorneys and professional affiliates at Munitions Law Group are certified firearms instructors. We are available to teach or assist with your firearms and concealed carry training courses or assist other certified instructors with the legal portion of their classes. Whether you are a citizen looking to obtain your concealed carry license, or an instructor looking for some added expertise in your class, Munitions Law Group is available to assist you. CONCEALED CARRY LICENSING
After finishing your concealed carry instruction by a certified instructor the next step is to apply for a CCW license. Sometimes there are problems that may arise in the application process. Whether there is an administrative error or the Government is simply delaying your license past the statutory deadline, please call to schedule an appointment so we can ensure your ability to protect yourself is not impaired by needless delays. If you are having problems getting or keeping your concealed carry license, please contact us to discuss your rights and remedies. Note that in certain cases, waiting even a few days can forfeit your rights forever – don’t delay!
USE OF FORCE MEETING
Once you have received your concealed carry license it is important you have competent defense counsel “ready at hand “just in case a use of force incident occurs. Munitions Law Group offers a thirty-minute meeting either in person or over the telephone to all presently licensed concealed handgun holders for purposes of establishing a pre-existing relationship. During the meeting, we get to know you, and open a file containing some of the information that may be relevant if you are ever forced to fire your weapon in self-defense. Our goal is to prepare the relationship in advance so that representation can begin immediately in the event it becomes necessary to move into action quickly.

QUICK REACTION PROGRAM
